How much does School ERP cost per student?
School Basic is ₹5 per student per month (₹60 a year), School Essential is ₹10 (₹120 a year) and School Plus is ₹15 (₹180 a year), billed annually. Taxes are extra.
Is there a minimum yearly charge?
Yes: ₹12,000 for Basic, ₹24,000 for Essential and ₹36,000 for Plus. For example, Basic at ₹60 per student reaches its minimum at 200 students.
What is the one-time setup fee?
₹3,000 for Basic, ₹5,000 for Essential and ₹10,000 for Plus. It covers configuring the system for your school.
Are SMS and WhatsApp messages included?
Message usage is billed separately, along with migration, onsite training and integrations, so the per-student price stays predictable.
Can a school start on Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. Each plan includes everything in the one below it, so you can add exams, portals, payroll, library and transport as you need them.
Do you serve school chains and colleges?
School chains and advanced integrations are quoted individually. The package scope shown is proposed, and final features are confirmed after a demo.
