One patient record from registration to discharge

Each patient gets a UHID at the front desk, so every visit and department refers to the same record.

Book and consult
Appointments follow doctor schedules, and the doctor writes a digital prescription during the consultation.

Admit and manage beds
Admissions, bed allocation and discharge are handled in the IPD module, with nursing and OT scheduling on the Plus plan.

Dispense and test
Pharmacy stock reduces as medicines are dispensed, and lab reports attach to the patient record.

What is a UHID and does the system support it?
A UHID (Unique Health ID) is a single permanent identifier for each patient across visits and departments. Registration & UHID is part of every Hospital ERP plan, including OPD.
We only run an outpatient clinic. Which plan do we need?
The OPD plan: registration, appointments, digital prescriptions and OPD billing, at ₹12,000 per facility per year plus a one-time ₹3,000 setup.
How is the price calculated for a hospital with beds?
Hospital Essential is ₹800 per bed per year with a ₹24,000 yearly minimum, and Hospital Plus is ₹1,200 per bed per year with a ₹48,000 minimum. Both have a one-time ₹10,000 setup. Taxes are extra.
Can we upgrade from OPD to a full hospital plan later?
Yes. Each plan includes everything in the one below it, so you can move up as you add inpatient care, pharmacy or nursing, and we confirm any change in cost in writing.
Is data migration or onsite training included?
No. Migration, onsite training, messaging usage and integrations are quoted separately so the package price stays clear.
Do you serve hospital chains?
